White Rose Drycleaners Limited, established in 1952, is the largest company of its kind in East Africa with a network of processing units, branches and franchises in every major city in Kenya as well as a processing unit and three branches in Kampala, Uganda.

As members of the International Fabricare Institute (IFI) in the USA, White Rose is able to keep abreast of new technological developments in the cleaning industry world-wide on a continuous basis. All staff are trained weekly using audio-visual materials from the IFI. All staff also attend quarterly seminars held by professional external companies (CET, Progress 2000, FKE etc..) on Total Quality Management, team-working, building motivation, customer relations etc. With almost half a century of excellence in the dry cleaning industry, White Rose has become a household name and was recognised for its superior dry cleaning several years ago by the then National Institute of Dry Cleaners in the USA.

 The Cleaning
Unlike any other dry cleaner in East Africa, White Rose cleans all garments using the exclusive FIBRE-TEX PLUSTM Cleaning System. This is included in normal cleaning charges and takes advantage of a specially formulated European dry cleaning system which:
Enhances and preserves original colours and texture of the garments

• Reduces wrinkle and crease formation
• Prevents dust accumulation and lint formation with an anti-static agent 
• Is extremely gentle to your clothes and maintains an enhanced cleaning quality. 
• Will re-vitalise limp and lifeless garments to a like-new condition

The dry cleaning technology used at White Rose complies with the most stringent international standards to ensure that your garments will be restored to a standard of appearance that rivals new clothes.

Our dry cleaning equipment features the very latest in technology for the best results no matter what fabrics your clothes are made of. With a division that deals solely with dry cleaning and laundry equipment (Triton International), we are able to continually upgrade our equipment.

In addition to its VIP Service™, White Rose also offers the Golden Service™ for that extra special care – minor repairs done free, zips lubricated, buttons tightened, inner lining ironed by hand and the superior packaging includes plastic hanger. Unlike most dry cleaners an express service is provided free of charge upon request.

With the increased availability of designer clothing in Eastern Africa, White Rose has introduced the ultimate dry cleaning service - its new Blue Diamond Service™. This service is designed to give you absolute confidence that your clothes are in the hands of professionals. To achieve this, White Rose, in liaison with the American fabric industry, Italian cleaning equipment industry, and Indian speciality cleaning industry has created the most exclusive and advanced dry cleaning system in East Africa. At present, this service is only available in Nairobi, but will soon be introduced in other parts of East Africa.

Regardless of whether a garments’ style calls for a gently rolled lapel, a crisp pleat, or the soft drape of a puffed sleeve, White Rose will give it the right look.

Additional Services
White Rose also offers a carpet, upholstery and curtain cleaning service called the SUPERCLEAN™ Service. We can come to your home or office or you can bring these items in personally. This service is only available in Nairobi at present, soon to replicated in Uganda.
